Consultation

Your production is stylized to be uniquely your own. Meaning, the most important aspect of the consultation is a very clear understanding of your line and all aspects of what you are wanting to communicate to the buyer.

Elements such as the shooting location, tonality, the models, hair/makeup styling, music, editing format, and garment groupings and breakdowns are just some of the areas to be covered for the most ideal and comprehensive presentation of your line.

Often designers will want additional videos that specifically address unique features of their line. Examples - a special procedure of how it is manufactured (such as Eco lines), a merchandising video, etc.

In such cases, we will design a format to seamlessly integrate that information into your finished product.

Post- Consultation

Your Hotter Than Hollywood consultant will deliver a script of all points covered from the initial meeting, and a spec layout of your designed video/pdf linesheet web presentation.

The shooting location and shooting date is determined. The model casting is scheduled.

The full product delivery price is determined.

Pre-Production

All merchandise to be featured is organized by your Hotter Than Hollywood consultant and an authorized representative of your line.

Production garments forms are written out. Please see our “garment form page”.

If relevant, administrative access to the designer’s website is provided for our web designer.

A non-refundable 50% deposit of the total invoice is due.

Production Day

All production crew, equipment, location, and models are shoot ready.

All garments to be featured are on set and in the correct shooting order.

Monitors are provided for real time viewing for the client and/or unauthorized representative of the client.

Post-Production

Video content and pdf linesheets are edited to the designer’s predetermined specifications.

Remaining invoice is due.

All content is uploaded to the web with password protection.
